Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges/Damages
  • Please note that any discounted or FREE item is FINAL SALE. No refunds or exchanges. If you don't love it, please pay it forward.
If you do make a full price purchase from us and the item becomes damaged or you would like to return or exchange it for any reason, please let us know ASAP.
  • Please contact us by email at jennyfinley@finleysfashion.com in order to being the return process
  • Exchanges and refunds of new items must be made within 30 days of purchase 
  • Items must have tags still attached and be free of any odors, stains, pet hair, etc.
  • We understand that damages may happen. Please provide the original purchase receipt with the damaged item.
  • Any returns, exchanges or damages must have been purchased directly from Finley & Co boutique within 90 days.
  • Anything returned after 30 days but before 90 days is subject to in store credit at the current listing price of item. 
  • Exchanges and in store credit at our discretion.
